The day after we receive the payment of your order, your photo product is put into production. If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend that you contact our customer service team right away, as the cancellation of the order depends on the status of your order. If the order has already been shipped, we, unfortunately, will not be able to cancel the order at that time.
