How can I check the status of my order?
You can view the order status of your order as soon as it has been paid. Once you have logged into your account under "Order status", you will automatically be redirected to your order status. Here you will also find an overview of all previous orders you placed with us.
Click on the concerning order number and you’ll see the order status, looking like this:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an auto-generated email confirmation from us. This also contains a track and trace link to follow the delivery of your parcel.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
When the status is on "Sent", you can also track the parcel by clicking on "Track this order". This will direct you to the delivery service that we use to ship your order. Check our website for the current delivery times.
Please note: It may take some time before your parcel can be traced. If your order is shipped in the evening, tracking information will not be available until the next working day. Because your order is produced and dispatched from The Netherlands, it can take up to two working days before the track and trace shows any new information. If the link still does not work after two working days, please contact us and we will help you.
Even though many orders arrive within the stated period, we cannot guarantee a precise delivery date, as we depend on the delivery service of Royal Mail.
For international orders, depending on the destination country, it may take up to 3-4 weeks before your order is delivered. Customs and tariffs may also affect the delivery time. Your order confirmation is an auto-generated email, therefore, the shown delivery times are standard UK delivery times only. Unfortunately, for international delivery, your order is shipped without track and trace details which means your parcel cannot be tracked after being shipped.
