Since 2014, Microsoft has stopped providing security updates or technical support for Windows XP. Furthermore, since April 2017, the same is valid for Windows Vista. As a consequence of this, we are also unable to further continue to update our offline creator tool in Windows XP and Vista.
Since January 2020, Windows 7 also does not receive any security updates from Microsoft anymore.
Our advice is to download the creator tool on a computer that is running on Windows 8 or higher and move the photo books to this computer. You can continue with the photo book and order it from there.

How can I upgrade Windows XP or Vista to a higher Windows version?

You must migrate to a current supported operating system – such as Windows 10 – so you can receive regular security updates from Microsoft to protect your computer from possible malicious attacks. Our creator tool will work in Windows 8 or higher.
Will my photo books get deleted if I use Windows XP or Vista?
The photo books will not be deleted from the computer. The creator tool saves all photo books in a default location. The default location is "My documents", within the "Bonusprint photo books" OR "Bonusprint" folder. Our advice is to download the creator tool on a computer that is running on Windows 8 or higher and move the photo books to this computer. You can continue with the photo book and order it from there.

Please note: It is not possible to open a product in another tool. i.e. if you have created a photo book with our online creator tool, you can’t open it with our offline creator tool.
