We recommend that you are home to receive your order as we cannot predict if the package will fit into your mailbox or not.
If you are not home, and the parcel does not fit into your mailbox, the carrier will try to deliver your parcel to your neighbours, if possible. You should receive a note in your mailbox to inform you if the parcel was delivered to your neighbours or if the carrier will come back the next day to try again.
On the Track & Trace page of your parcel, you can also make a new delivery appointment, that way you can be absolutely sure that you will be home to collect the parcel.
