DHL shipments for wall art 70x70 and above have started again. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Our production process is running on time, however, please note that due to COVID-19 and Brexit there are delays with our shipments with DHL. DHL deliver our wall art products that are 70x70 or larger.
We don’t currently have an estimate for how long the delay will last, so please bear with us. We will keep this page up to date with the latest news on delivery with DHL and all other carriers. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
All our other products are delivered with Royal Mail and these items are on time. Please check your track & trace to be fully up to date.
We are now able to transport orders again since the borders partially reopened, however please allow an additional time for your order to be delivered. We estimate this delay to be 2-3 working days for shipping but encourage you to check your email for updates and it is vital to use your parcel tracking link since we use several carriers who have been affected differently by the border closure.
If you ordered wall art, then there are potential additional delays, particularly if your order is delivered through DHL. Please note the below wall art products are delivered by DHL express:

As soon as transport with this carrier is back up and running, we will ship your order. We currently cannot give you an estimate of how long this delay will last, so please bear with us. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
If you received a Royal Mail shipping confirmation from us on 21st, 22nd or before 12 on 23rd December, your package should be delivered to the UK on Monday 28th December. Please use your track and trace link to see when your order will be delivered to you.
If you received a shipping confirmation from us after 12 on 23rd December your package is due to be shipped as soon as possible after Christmas. Please check your track and trace link for further updates.
We’re still accepting orders, but due to the UK border closures related to COVID-19, we have had to delay shipping all orders into the UK for the immediate future.
If you already placed an order with us this means that we won’t be able to deliver your order just yet since we produce our products in The Netherlands.
As soon as transport to the UK reopens, we’ll process all orders in the order we received them. At the moment, we can’t give you an estimate of how long this delay will last, so please bear with us.
