Yes, the expiry date is listed at the bottom of the voucher, so make sure you create and order your photo book before that date!
We no longer email the photo book voucher to you. Please ensure you download your voucher by going to "My Account"
If you experience any difficulties when using your photo book voucher, you must let us know in advance of the expiry date.
Once the expiry date has passed, you will need to contact our customer care team to be provided with a replacement photo book voucher, without the discount. This means you are provided with a new voucher code worth the purchase amount of the expired voucher (valid for a year).
Note: Your voucher code will not begin with SBP- or BP-, this is your order number. You can find your voucher code on the voucher, which must be downloaded from your account.
