Please kindly note, the shipping email is auto-generated and therefore shows standard delivery time to the UK. Orders outside the UK will require additional time in transit.
My order doesn’t have tracking. What should I do?
All orders to the UK will have a track and trace link. Please check the shipping email to locate the tracking link or find this information by visiting the My Account page.
Orders shipped outside of the UK may not include tracking information. In normal circumstances, you can expect your order within 3 to 7 working days from shipment notification. We allow our couriers a total of 15 working days to have the package to you. If your order does not arrive after this time, please contact our Customer Care department.
My tracking doesn’t work. What should I do?
When you receive the shipping email, your tracking link should be active within 1 workday. However, several factors may impact this, such as time of year and global circumstances. For this reason, please allow up to 72 hours from dispatch for your tracking link to update.
My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?
The courier will update your tracking information. Depending on their journey and volume of packages, the tracking details may update daily or after several days. Should the tracking information not be updated after 3 working days, please contact our Customer care department.
